Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that , once we change your account's username, the custom URL of your forms will no longer work. You need to re-create them again after changing the username: Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Click on the Reset button.
