How to Prevent Users from Submitting the Form again using a Name Field?

Gostaria de saber se tem possibilidade de criar uma condição onde pode ser realizado um cadastro por nome, caso a mesma pessoa realize novamente o cadastro o sitema cria uma trava não permitindo com que ele cadastre novamente.

Now, I'll help you with your question. You can prevent someone from providing the same data by using the Unique Field feature. But this will only work with the (email, short text, dropdown, number field). If you want to stop your users from entering the same data, use the email as the unique field. But if you wish to use the name field, that is also possible. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
2. In Form Elements, add two Short Text element under Basic.
3. Click on the Short text’s gear icon to view its properties and shrink both fields and set them as required.

Then let's select the Name field we created as a unique field. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Form Settings on the left side of the screen.
3. Click the Show More Options button.
4. You will have to scroll down and look for the Unique Field option.
5. Finally, select the appropriate field from the dropdown, and that’s it!

When someone submits your form with the same information from the selected Unique Field, they’ll get the following warning message.
