    OLA BOM DIA

    NÃO SEIO QUE HOUVE MAS UM DOS RELATÓRIOS QUE UTILIZAMOS DESPARECEU E NÃO ESTOU CONSEGUINDO LOCALIZA-LO, APARECE APENAS O PDF DOS ENVIOS.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and found that you have three forms. I am seeing that this form is disabled. If that's the form in the issue, you can enable it in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Form Settings in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enabled. That's it, you're done.
