Password reset doesn't work

    Now, let me help you with your question. After checking, the email address you use to submit this ticket belongs to a Guest account. The Guest account is a one-time login feature, so you won't be able to reset the password in this account. To create a new account, go to this link.

    If you are referring to a different account, can you share the email address tied to the account in the issue?
