Esvaziar a caixa de entrada não impede o bloqueio do formulário?

Recentemente atingi o meu limite de upload no jotform. Achei que se eu esvaziasse a caixa de entrada seria suficiente para desbloquear o formulario e dessa forma o fiz. Sendo assim, meus uploads abaixaram e estão abaixo do limite, porem, o formulario continua bloqueado, isso está certo?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I will be using the Translation tool to assist you and will be replying in English. Once you reach the upload limit, you will need to delete the delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to be able to free up space. Before proceeding in permanently deleting the entries with file uploads, you might want to download the submissions files or download the submissions data first in case you will be needing them.

Once you're done downloading, you can now permanently delete the entries with file uploads.

1. In your Tables page, select the entries you will delete.
2. After selecting all or some of the entries, click the Trash icon labeled as Delete.
3. A confirmation window will appear, click the Move to Trash option.

The deleted entries will be stored on the Tables Trash Entries. Entries that have been in the trash for more than 30 days will automatically be purged. You will need to purge them manually if you can't wait that long.

1. In the same Tables page, click the 3 Dot icon beside the main tab.
2. Select the Trashed entries option.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Select the Delete Forever button.
5. Then click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.

Alternatively, to avoid going through these steps manually. You can set up the the Auto-Delete Submission feature found on your form settings.
