Account Suspended: Collecting username and password

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account and found that it was suspended for collecting username and password. Collecting any of the following: credit card information, highly-sensitive information such as log-in credentials for other sites or platforms is prohibited, please review our Terms of Use.

    I've deleted the offending field and reactivated your account, you can now log in as normal.
