    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I checked and it looks like your email is associated with a guest account. Do note that guest accounts aren't regular accounts. This is the reason you aren't able to reset your account's password. You'll need to convert your Guest account to a regular account first.

    To do this, kindly signup to Jotform, and while signing up, use the same email address or Facebook account that you used for your Guest account. This will convert your Guest account to a regular account. After this, you'll then be able to use your account normally.
