Outra dificuldade é fazer a formula funcionar corretamente .
Agradeço

Hi Rita,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can use the addDays() function in the calculation formula of Form Calculation widget to add days to your Date A field. The syntax is: addDays({Date A}, 523). This function adds the specified number of days to the date field. Make sure the Date A field is a Date Picker field because the addDays() function works with Date Picker or Appointment elements.
To better understand what you're trying to achieve, and also to help you with this, can you share the form URL, you're referring to, so we can look into this further. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Hi Rita,
I recommend using a Condition, instead of Form Calculation Widget. This way, you'll get the format that you want. Let me show you how to do that:1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Select Conditions from the menu on the left.
3. Hover your mouse over the conditions, and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I just want to confirm that you want to copy it to another form, is that right? If yes, could you please explain about copying your fields to another form so we can help you?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help. -

Hi Rita,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want to calculate a Date field using another one, but the result you are getting is wrong.
The most reliable way is to keep both fields as Date Picker elements and use Update / Calculate Field condition with the addDays() function. Here is how to set it up:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar, then Conditions on the left, and choose Update / Calculate Field.
- Create a rule like this:
- IF Date Field A Is Filled
- DO Calculate Field Value → addDays(Date Field A, 60)
- Summary → Date Field B
After setting the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
Be sure to type the number as 60 (with no space). If you write it as "6 0", the calculation won't work correctly.
Give that a try, and let us know if it works.

Hi Rita,
Can you share a quick screen recording of explaining what’s happening so we can look into this further? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
