Now, coming back to your question, when a Jotform account is deleted, it can still be restored within the 30-day grace period. Since you’d like to regain access to your deleted account and reuse the same email address, we’ll need to reactivate it for you. I’ve checked your account status and confirmed that it’s still within the 30-day window for restoration. I’ve now reactivated your account associated with the email address nelson.junior@mdofranchising.com.br. You can log back in using your original credentials here. All your forms and data should now be accessible.
