Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when an account is deleted, it takes up to 30 days for the associated email address to be completely removed from our system. You can either wait until the email address is freed up or reactivate your deleted account, and then you can change its email to another address you own but do not use for Jotform. This will immediately free up your preferred email so you can use it to create a new account.
