Duvida sobre transmissão de formulários e respostas

Boa tarde,

Preciso transmitir todos os formulários e respostas desta conta para a conta sufic_fac2@hotmail.com.

Contudo, ao fazer o procedimento correto indicado no helpdesk aparece uma mensagem de "erro" dizendo não ser possivel transmitir o formulario pois o mesmo está usando "outra ferramenta jotform". O que seria isso? Vocês podem verificar o que está atrapalhando essa transmissão de informações?
Vocês podem desativar o que esta atrapalhado em todos os formularios desta conta, para que eu possa efetivar a transmissão de informações?

Now, coming back to your question, note that the form(s) you’re transferring shouldn’t be connected to Jotform products like Jotform Apps, Jotform Store Builder, or Jotform Workflows. If they are, remove those connections first.
