Esses valores "$" são cobrado em reais?

If you want to create from with a payment integration, values depend on the payment system used in the form. For example, if the form uses PagSeguro, the charges are in Brazilian Reais because PagSeguro only works with BRL. Other payment systems might use different currencies, like USD, but you can usually change the currency in the payment settings.

If you are referring to the price currency in Jotform Pricing page, the displayed pricing currency in Jotform's Pricing Page are in USD currency. But, it depends on the location, when you make purchased the Payment Processor will automatically display the converted amount.
