Olá, equipe Jotform.
Gostaríamos de expressar nossa insatisfação com a situação atual do nosso plano.
Fomos obrigados a migrar para o plano Gold única e exclusivamente porque passamos do limite de 10 GB de upload do plano Prata. Agora estamos pagando R$ 739, um valor extremamente alto e completamente desproporcional ao nosso uso real.
Vejam os nossos números, que deixam claro o absurdo:
Uso Mensal (reset em 1/Julho/2025):
- Documentos Assinados: 0 de 1.000 — totalmente zerado
- Pagamentos Recebidos: 0 de 1.000 — totalmente zerado
- Visualizações de Formulários: apenas 106 de 1.000.000 — quase nada
- Respostas: 39 de 10.000 — praticamente zero
- Sessões de Agentes de IA: 0 de 2.000.000 — totalmente zerado
- Conversas com Agentes de IA: 0 de 10.000 — totalmente zerado
- Chamadas de Voz do Agente de IA: 0 min de 300 min — totalmente zerado
- Mensagens SMS do Agente de IA: 0 de 750 — totalmente zerado
Uso Total:
- Espaço para Upload: 10,08 GB de 100 GB — único motivo da mudança
- Formulários: 6 de 100 — uso mínimo
- Armazenamento de Envios: 838 de 100.000 — quase nada
- Agentes de IA: 0 de 100 — totalmente zerado
- Base de Conhecimento do Agente de IA: 0 de ilimitado — totalmente zerado
Ou seja: praticamente tudo está em zero ou perto de zero, exceto o espaço de upload.
É completamente injusto sermos obrigados a pagar por um pacote cheio de recursos que simplesmente não utilizamos. Nosso único problema foi o limite de upload, que poderíamos resolver facilmente com um ajuste pontual ou plano customizado.
Precisamos de uma solução, seja um plano personalizado ou alguma opção que permita contratar apenas espaço adicional de upload, sem ter que arcar com um valor tão alto.
Caso contrário, seremos obrigados a repensar seriamente nossa permanência na plataforma, já que não faz sentido pagar por funcionalidades que não usamos.
Aguardamos uma resposta urgente.

We are paying a high price for features we don’t use — we need an urgent response.Hello, Jotform team.
We would like to express our total dissatisfaction with the current situation of our plan.
We were forced to upgrade to the Gold plan solely and exclusively because we exceeded the 10 GB upload limit on the Silver plan. Now we are paying R$ 739, which is an extremely high and completely disproportionate amount compared to our actual usage.
Here are our numbers, which clearly show how absurd this is:
Monthly Usage (reset on July 1, 2025):
- Signed Documents: 0 out of 1,000 — completely zero
- Payments Received: 0 out of 1,000 — completely zero
- Form Views: only 106 out of 1,000,000 — almost nothing
- Submissions: 39 out of 10,000 — practically zero
- AI Agent Sessions: 0 out of 2,000,000 — completely zero
- AI Agent Conversations: 0 out of 10,000 — completely zero
- AI Agent Voice Calls: 0 min out of 300 min — completely zero
- AI Agent SMS Messages: 0 out of 750 — completely zero
Total Usage:
- Upload Space: 10.08 GB out of 100 GB — the only reason for the upgrade
- Forms: 6 out of 100 — minimal usage
- Submission Storage: 838 out of 100,000 — almost nothing
- AI Agents: 0 out of 100 — completely zero
- AI Agent Knowledge Base: 0 out of unlimited — completely zero
In other words: practically everything is at zero or close to zero, except for the upload space.
It is completely unfair that we are being forced to pay for a package full of features that we simply do not use. Our only issue was the upload limit, which could easily be solved with a one-time adjustment or a customized plan.
We need a solution, whether it is a personalized plan or an option that allows us to purchase additional upload space only, without having to bear such a high cost.
Otherwise, we will seriously reconsider staying on this platform, as it makes no sense to pay for features we do not use.
We look forward to an urgent response.

Hi Lucas,
Thanks for waiting. I've just heard back from our relevant team. We offer a Gold plan with reduced pricing and feature limits. This plan is available at $59 per month or $588 per year.
Keep in mind that this version of the Gold plan has lower feature limits compared to the full version. It includes 5,000 form submissions per month and 20 GB of total upload space. You’ll also be able to create up to 100 total forms.
The plan allows 200,000 monthly form views and 50,000 total submission storage. You can add up to 1,000 questions and fields per form. It also includes 500 payment submissions and 500 signed documents per month. Lastly, this plan supports 1 user per team.
