Cancel Undue Subscription Renewal

    gostaria de cancelar uma renovação feita indevidamente pois quando eu assinei o pacote eu usei um cartão virtual final 2395 o mesmo já ate excluir da minha carteira. e hoje foi feita uma cobrança no meu outro cartão final 4079. sendo assim pesso que o valor seja estornado. e assinatura cancelada

    I would like to cancel a renewal that was made incorrectly because when I signed up for the package I used a virtual card ending in 2395, which I have already deleted from my wallet. And today a charge was made on my other card ending in 4079. Therefore, I ask that the amount be refunded. And the subscription has been canceled.

    Hi Jonas,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Meanwhile, to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
