Como libero os filtros ao compartilhar uma planilha

Bom dia, ao compartilhar uma determinada planilha, queriamos liberar a opção dos filtros. Onde podemos fazer isso?

Now, coming back to your question, you can invite the user to the Jotform Table as a collaborator so they can use the filter tool.

You can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people and choose the Collaborator option.

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.

Thanks for answering our question. From that part on the share menu we understand, but our doubt is about the options on the image below:

We'd like to share the spreadsheet with the options but not with the admin acess, because some users use that graphic option.

Atualmente, no Jotform Tabelas, as permissões de compartilhamento são projetadas para oferecer acesso total como colaborador ou apenas visualização. Os colaboradores podem usar filtros e outras ferramentas interativas, mas também possuem permissões de nível administrativo para modificar a tabela. Infelizmente, não há um nível de permissão separado que permita aos usuários aplicar filtros ou usar opções gráficas sem conceder direitos de acesso mais amplos.
