Conexão entre tabelas através de um código único

Estou tentando integrar duas planilhas utilizando um código único comum entre elas. Minha ideia é que o primeiro formulário sirva como base inicial, alimentando automaticamente as informações que serão preenchidas na segunda tabela.

Ao preencher o formulário da tabela dois, incluindo o código único, gostaria que as colunas integradas fossem preenchidas automaticamente com os dados correspondentes. Já tentei criar um vínculo entre as tabelas seguindo o manual, mas não consegui que a conexão fosse atualizada de forma automática.

É possível realizar essa automação? Alguma sugestão de como posso fazer isso?

Ideia:

• Formulário 01: Nome, e-mail, código único e status (inicialmente em branco).
• Formulário 02: Nome, e-mail, código único e status (preenchido).

Ao preencher o Formulário 02, o vínculo entre as tabelas deveria atualizar automaticamente a coluna Status no Formulário 01. No entanto, o desafio está no preenchimento do Código único, que precisa ser inserido manualmente—o que se torna inviável para grandes volumes de dados.

Consigo pré-preencher o código no formulário, mas ainda preciso selecionar manualmente o código correspondente na tabela para que o vínculo funcione corretamente. Existe alguma forma de automatizar esse processo?

Now, coming back to your question, you can automate your table by using Jotform Tables and a lookup feature to link forms through the unique code.

To ensure that Form 02 updates the Status field in Form 01, you can prefill fields in the second form using our Prefill feature, allowing users to enter only the unique code while the linked fields auto-fill with matching data. Also, storing responses in Jotform Tables and setting up a Lookup Field referencing Form 01 based on the unique code ensures that submitted data remains connected and updates accordingly.

If manually selecting the unique code is causing issues for large datasets, integrating with platforms like Airtable or Google Sheets can automatically match and update records based on form submissions.
