Bom dia, ao acessar o jotform o mesmo solicita código de verificação, e ao inserir o mesmo dá código inválido e não conseguimos acessar a plataforma.

Hi Matheus,
Regarding the issue with logging in using your authenticator app and the email codes not being accepted.
Let me help you with that:
- Log in using your username/email and password on the Jotform login page.
- Click on the See Other Methods option on the login screen.
- Select I can't access my authentication device and then click the Recover Your Account button.
- You will receive a verification email with instructions. Check your email inbox and click on the Create Ticket button in that email.
- This will create a support ticket for account recovery. The Jotform team will contact you as soon as possible to verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
Ensure you still have your username/email and password as these are required to start the recovery process.
If you have recovery codes from your authenticator setup, you can also try logging in using those by selecting the Use your recovery codes option under See Other Methods.
