Hi rodleo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, the error you've encountered usually happens when the SSL certificate is not correctly configured for the subdomain you are using with Jotform. To use a custom domain with Jotform, you need to have a Jotform Enterprise account and set up a CNAME DNS record pointing your subdomain to your Jotform account address, example: yourcompany.jotform.com.
Additionally, it is important to ensure that your domain's CAA records are configured to allow authorized certificate authorities to issue the SSL certificate for your domain, such as "pki.goog" or "letsencrypt.org". After configuring DNS correctly, you must contact Enterprise support to finalize the SSL certificate configuration for your custom domain.
If you are not using an Enterprise account, using a custom domain with SSL will not be possible, as Jotform offers standard SSL for its forms, but the domain will always be jotform.com. If you need to upgrade, you can reach out to our Enterprise Sales Team so they can assist you further.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
