É possível se eu tiver contratado por um período anual ou quinquenal?

Tenho alguns questionamentos:

Vocês teriam algum documento que comprove a propriedade da ferramenta em nome da empresa? 

Quantos acessos eu teria no caso de uma contratação anual ou por cinco anos? é possível ?

Caso contratemos, precisamos do formato do invoice com as seguintes informações: dados bancários para pagamento via transferência bancária; validade da proposta por pelo menos 30 dias; constar a quantidade de acessos à ferramenta.
