Agente de IA: Como validar um usuário?

Pessoal,

Gostaria de realizar uma validação do usuário no WhatsApp antes de ele utilizar meu agente AI.

Essa validação pode ser feita ou pelo número do WhasApp, ou pelo email ou número de identificação pessoal do usuário.

Tem alguma ferramenta dentro do Jotform que posso construir essa validação.

Exemplo de conversa:

Usuário digita: "Oi..."

Agente AI: "Digite o seu email cadastrado na plataforma"

Usuário digita: "teste@teste.com.br"

Agente AI: "Informação Válida!, Olá João, seja bem vindo ao canal de tira dúvida do curso. O que posso ajudar?"

However, you can build a validation flow within your AI Agent conversation by asking the user to input their email or ID and then cross-checking this information against your database or submissions. For example, you can prompt the user to enter their registered email, and if it matches your records, the agent can respond with a welcome message as in your example. To set up WhatsApp integration with AI Agents, you can follow these general steps:

1. Go to Agent Builder and click on Publish in the top blue navigation bar.
2. Select WhatsApp from the left menu and connect your Facebook account to link your WhatsApp Business account.
3. Fill in your business information and complete the setup by following the prompts.

Once connected, you can design your AI Agent's conversation flow to include user validation questions and responses.

Tem alguma tutorial que ensine como realizar um consulta em uma tabela quando o usuario fornece um email atravez de um formulário?

Não achei essa função no workflow. Gostaria de consultar o email informado para verificar se o usuario já é meu aluno.

Eu quero saber se a pessoa que esta interagindo com meu agente AI no WhatsApp é meu aluno.

Mas nao sei realizar essa consulta entre um formulario e uma tabela.

Currently, Jotform Workflows do not have a direct built-in function to automatically query a table to check if an email exists during a form submission or AI Agent conversation. However, you can build a validation flow by following these general approaches:

1. Use a form to collect the user's email input. This can be done by adding an Email field to your form.
2. Manually or programmatically cross-check the submitted email against your existing student database or table. This can be done outside Jotform or by exporting submissions and comparing.
3. In your AI Agent conversation, you can prompt the user to enter their registered email and then respond based on whether the email matches your records. This requires you to manage the validation logic externally or through integration with your database.

Unfortunately, there is no direct workflow element in Jotform that performs a live database lookup within the AI Agent or form workflow to automatically validate an email against a table of students.

If you want to automate this, you might consider integrating Jotform with external services or databases via APIs or using tools like Zapier or Integromat to perform the lookup and then update the conversation or form accordingly.
