Formularios travaram e não salvo o status atual

Boa tarde, preciso de ajuda, pois estavam preenchendo uma resposta no formulario e o app travou e não houve salvamento da resposta como rascunho, acabou que todo o trabalho de levantamento dos dados foi perdido.

Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your form #251043808481657, and I can see that the Save and Continue Later option is not enabled, which is why the submission is not saved as draft. You can enable Save and Continue Later option from Submit Button settings. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Submit Button element on your form, and then click on the Gear icon, located on the right side.

2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Advance tab, and then toggle ON Save and Continue Later.
