Consulta sobre notificação por e-mail quando o limite estiver prestes a ser atingido

Quando o status do formulário muda, quer seja porque atingiu o limite de respostas configuradas ou porque atingiu o prazo definido. É enviado algum e-mail notificando da desativação?

E sim, onde posso incluir um endereço de e-mail para receber essa notificação?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your concern. Jotform will send an email notifying you when you are about to reach your limit or once you have reached the limit. The email will state that you will need to upgrade your account before the forms will get disabled. The notification will be sent to the email used on your account. You may check the guide here on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. If you are referring to sending an email when you are near reaching the disable date you have set up. That is currently an unavailable feature.

obrigado Brian, se estava me referindo a notificação quando o formulário é desativado porque atingiu a data e a hora pré-definida. Neste caso não existe essa notificação correto?

This is currently not an available feature when disabling the form. As a workaround, you can Set Up Reminder Emails in Jotform. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.

3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

You can also set the repeat period, specify when it will be sent, and choose the start and end date. Let's do it:

1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.

2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.

3. Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.

4. In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.
