Resultados em forma de gráfico

Boa tarde,
Construí um formulário para levantamento de dados e inseri perguntas do tipo Sliders With Calculeted Result, porém quando peço para visualizar os resultados em forma de gráfico, aparece somente o gráfico com um resultado e não mostra todas as opções da pergunta que fiz. Existe alguma maneira desse gráfico sair com todos os resultados dos deslizadores? Ou sugere o uso de um outro widget para realizar essa coleta?

Take note that the Sliders with Calculated Result widget only produces one total value, which is accumulated from each slider. That's why it only shows one value on the report. Instead of using Sliders with Calculated Result widget, you can use an Input Table widget and then change its input type to Evaluation Slider, as it will produce multiple values based on each slider value. Check out the screenshot below:

As you can see, each slider is visible on the report, and their answers are visible on the Chart. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

2. Drag and drop Input Table widget from the left side of the page to your form.

3. Click on the Gear icon of your Input Table widget.
4. Click on the Fields tab on the upper right side of the page, and in Input Type, select Evaluation Slider.
5. In Rows on the right side of the page, enter your sliders names.
6. In Columns on the lower right side of the page, enter the value for each part of your sliders.
