Erro ao subir Arquivo em PDF

Boa tarde,

Estou enfrentando problemas ao subir um arquivo em PDF na plataforma. Dá um erro que diz que só aceita arquivos com extensão em PDF. Porem o arquivo que estou tentando subir esta em PDF. Logo não consigo enviar meus docs para cadastro.

Espero que possam me ajudar a tempo de fazer minha inscrição na plataforma.
