Form users are not receiving the autoresponder email

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please verify which forms the responders didn't receive the email from the Autoresponder? When I cloned and tested your Yoga Outubro. I received the autoresponder email. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Please confirm the email addresses that didn't receive the email, so we can investigate.
