Now, coming back to your question, You can change the language of the "Start Filling" text in the Form Language of your Form Settings. Let me show you how:

1. In the Smart PDF Forms, click Setting on the navigation bar.
2. Under the Form Settings, click the Show More Options button and click the Edit button of the Form Languages.
3. Click the +Add Language button under the Translation and search for the Language you want to translate.
4. Then, click +Add.
