    Algum profissional capaz de nos ajudar?

    Caso não haja solução ou explicação queremos cancelar a assinatura.
    Essas falhas tornam o processo inseguro e me traz danos para as seleções e controles.
    Não quero que me ensinem remover e refazer a integração, isso nós sabemos fazer.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you’ve made any changes to the Google Sheet, such as renaming columns, deleting rows, or altering the structure, it can break the integration. We need to avoid making such changes.

    Sometimes, the integration can break due to updates or changes in either your form or Google Sheets. Can you try reintegrating the form with Google Sheets. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.

    3. Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

    1. While in Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.

    2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration again.

    3. Now, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select your Google account.

    4. Select either Create a New Spreadsheet or Use an Existing Spreadsheet, and then choose your form fields.

    5. Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

If you select Use an existing spreadsheet, submissions will be collected in the spreadsheet you choose, which is already connected to your Google account.
