Account suspended due to phishing

    Prezado (a), boa tarde.
    Infelizmente acabei de receber o comuncado que tive a mnha conta suspensa.
    Possuo apenas 3 formulários que são usados para integração de empresas na minha agência de
    publicidade e marketing.
    Sendo assim não solicitamos informações pessoais como: senhas de banco / cartão de crédito / CNH.
    Gostaria pf de um feedback sobre o ocorrido, pois estava verificando um formulário para fechar um novo cliente.

    Desde já agradeço pela atenção.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Going back to your account, and it was suspended due to form phishing because of form 242035953262050. Please allow me some time to forward this to our relevant team, and if there are any updates, I’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hi Leandro,

    I've heard back from the relevant team. You have a form that is detected by our system that collects login credentials. Please take a look at the Jotform's Terms and Conditions to avoid this happening again.

    Since there were submissions on the form. We need your permission to delete the fields that are collecting login credentials in order for us to reactivate your account.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Leandro,

    I heard back from the Relevant Team. For the account to be reactivated, we’ll need you to submit the following documentation:

    1. Business Permit Registration
    2. Business email address/website
    3.  Any documents that show that they are operating a legitimate service.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 19107801 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.
