Quero uma data de agendamento

Quero neste formulario incluir data para agendamento do serviço, só que eu quero hora e data em português.

Está aparecendo para mim em inglês.

Porque desta data eu quero fazer outro tipo de forma automatica pegar essa data e enviar mensagem para a pessoa.

Now, coming back to your question, I just want to clarify this first, so you would want the language of the appointment field to change so when a user submitted a form they will receive the date in Portuguese?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the Date and change it to Portuguese at the moment. We can only translate the whole form, but the numbers and days would still be the same as the Standard date format.
