Como gerar um código QR CODE ?

Após os usuários enviar as informações do formulário, gostaria que gerasse um código qr code para cada formulário enviado, como faço isso?

Now, coming back to your question, if you want to create a unique QR code for each form/submission, you can use the Dynamic QR Code widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Widgets tab, search for Dynamic QR Code and drag and drop it into your form.

3. In the menu opens on the right of the page, type the exact label of a field existing on your form into the Field Label to Encode field.

4. Click on Update Widget. That's it.
