    Bom dia! Tudo bem?

    Hi Att,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can add a payment method to your form and set the payment type to Sell Subscription. Note that not all payment gateways support limiting the number of payments per product. Stripe does not have that option, so we recommend using PayPal or Square to achieve this. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the screen.

    2. Under Payment tab, drag and drop Square Payment method on your form.

    3. Click on the Payment method on the form and then click on the Wand icon, located on the right side.

    4. In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on Sell Product under Payment Type, and then select Sell Subscription from the dropdown list.

If this not what you're referring to, can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to achieve and also take a reference screenshot and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
