Hey Joshua,
Let's proceed with this support in English then.
We're having some issues with the PDF files generated on the Jotform tables.
The pictures taken by an user of the Source Apps, they don't appear in the generated PDF file.
Let'me give you an example.
We have this form as below, with three replies:
One of these replies have been submited yesterday.
When I click on 'View'
I can see the pictures sent by the user, as example below:
But the same pictures didn't appear in the PDF file available to download.
The pictures usually appear like this way:
So, how to proceed about this issue?

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? But before you try it again, clear your form's cache first. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
You can also try to use different browser or different device to fill out the form. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
