O aprovador não recebeu e-mails para aprovar o envio

    Boa tarde,


    Alterámos o email de validação de um Jotform (Pedido de contratação TT) mas o novo validador não recebe no seu email a indicação para aprovar ou negar..... podem ajudar por favor?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the Approval Flow of your form and can see that the email address F****e.s***a@s**f.com under the approver is added to our Bounce List. The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox being full or Jotform being on your blacklist.

    I've successfully removed the email address from the Bounce List.

    Reach out again if you've any other questions.

    Can you check if the email address ana.ascenco@stef.com is also on your Bounce List and if so, can you remove it please?

    I have checked this email ana.ascenco@stef.com and it shows that it is not in our Bounce list.
