Just simply open the app link on a computer or mobile browser, and automatically there should be a prompt asking you if you want to install the app on the device. Check out the screenshots below:

Please note that prompt notifications may vary depending on the device and browser used when accessing the form app link. At the same time, any prompt blocking applications like pop-up blocker, antivirus, or the likes can cause the prompt to not show up, so you may need to check on them in case it happens.
