Now, coming back to your question, To cancel your subscription, you need to downgrade your plan to Starter plan and it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform. Here's how to do it:

1. Log in to your Jotform account and go to My Account.

2. Then click Billing in the left-hand corner and click on Change Plan.

3. Under the Starter plan, click on Downgrade.

Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan. You can also check out our guide on How to Cancel your Subscription.
