    nie widzę żadnych moich formularzy. zniknęły i nie są dostępne. pokazuje że nie na żadnych na moim profilu . poniżej link do jednego z moich formularzy Here’s the link: https://form.jotform.com/243511925430046

    Now, coming back to your question, the form will not show on your All Forms page and will show the unavailable error when the link is access if its archived. to fix this, you can unarchive your form. It's easy, let me show you how:

    1. On youMy Forms page, in the menu on the left, click on the Three Line icon.
    2. Click on Archive and select the archived form that you want to unarchive.
    3. In the menu, click on Unarchive and that's it.

    Thank you for coming back to me so quickly
    It says I do not have anything in the archive file as well.
    My forms completely disappeared the same like the answers

    Hi Magda,

    Have you tried accessing your account using a computer? If you can view your forms using a computer, you can try to uninstall, then reinstall the app on your device.
