Dzień dobry,
Czy jest możliwość powrotu do częściowo wypełnionego formularza i wprowadzenia w nim zmian? Np. żeby zacząć wypełniać formularz w poniedziałek o 12:00, zamknąć go i wrócić do edycji w poniedziałek o 20:00?
Z góry dziękuję :)

Hi Agata_aci,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can setup your for to enable or disable based on specific time period. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- Then, click on Form Status and change it to Disable on specific date.
- Set the date and time to disable to form and click on Save.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Agata_aciReplied on 4 lutego 2025 01:50Cześć,
Pozdrawiam / Best regards

Hi Agata,
You can set up your form so that anyone who submits it can edit it at a later date. It's easy, let's do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:
Alternatively, you can enable the Save and Continue Later option on your forms, so that the users can save the partially filled out form as draft and continue filling it out later. We have a guide about How to Enable Save and Continue Later on Forms that you can check out.
Reach out again if you have any more questions.
