Payroll Receipt is a tool that can be used by an organization to provide proof or documentation about the salary of an employee during a regular pay period. This document is very important because it shows the take-home pay and the deductions made for that salary.
This Payroll Receipt PDF template shows the employee id, employee name, receipt number, receipt date, salary gain, salary deductions, payment method, total net pay, and any remarks or notes. This template is using the Input Table tool to display the income and deductions in a table format which makes it easier to view and understand. This PDF template is also taking advantage of the widget called Form Calculation because it captures the values inside the Input Table and uses them in a formula. This PDF template is also using the Image tool in the PDF Editor that allows you to insert the logo of the company.
