I understand full payment needs to be complete in order for the order to be confirmed.

I understand that a rush order fee will apply for orders made less than 7 days from delivery/collection date. (less than: 7 days $15, 5 days: $20, 3 days $30).

I understand colours & size/shape of cookie may vary from pictures and measurements due to cutter availability, lighting, angle, screen brightness and/or baking & drying process.

Cancellations: Full refund will be given if cancellation is done more than 14 days prior to collection/delivery date. Cancellations done between 7-14days prior to delivery/collection date will result in 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the collection/delivery date will result in no refund ($0).

I understand that the cookies/baked goods are not halal certified, ingredients where applicable are halal certified (e.g. butter), separate equipments used for baking, and household are pork & beef free.
