One is positioned at the top right corner, and the other is below the description, under the "Become a Reseller" button. Clicking on either of these buttons will direct you to the partner portal to manage your reseller activities.

  • How can I add my company to the Jotform Reseller Partner Locator?

    To be able to get listed in the Partner Locator, you first need to be an accepted partner. After that, you need to get in touch with your partner manager for further assistance.

  • Does the Jotform Reseller Program offer Deal Registration?

    Yes, it does. Deal registration is designed to kickstart the sale process and ensure a streamlined experience for both you and your client. The Deal Registration form and details can be found in the Sales section of your portal.

  • Where can I find sales materials?

    Sales materials can be found in the Sales section of your portal.

    Marketing materials can be found in the Sales section of your portal. Materials are divided into different categories depending on their purpose of use.

  • Does Jotform offer an NFR license to reseller partners?

    The Jotform Reseller Program offers NFR (Not-for-Resale) licenses to their partners. NFR account requests can be made from the Sales section of your portal.

  • How do I get product updates?

    To stay informed about the latest Jotform product updates, you can receive information through your partner portal and the Partner Newsletters that we send every month. Newsletters are designed to keep our partners in the loop about the latest features, enhancements, and additions to our product lineup.

  • What support options are available for partners?

    You have several support options available such as the partners@jotform.com email address, your partner manager’s contact information, and general Jotform support located at https://www.jotform.com/contact/.

  • How do I request an MDF (Market Development Fund)?

    MDF requests can be made from the Sales section of your portal.

  • What is the difference between the Agency Program and the Reseller Program?

    The primary difference between the two programs lies in their structure: the Agency Program is commission-based, allowing you to earn commissions on the clients you bring in, while the Reseller Program is discount-based, meaning you purchase Jotform Enterprise at a discount price and resell it to your clients.

  • What is the difference between the Reseller Program and Affiliate Program?

    The Jotform Reseller Program allows you to resell the entire Enterprise plan to your clients, white-labeled under their name. They have control over server location, dedicated customer support, and access to user management. As the reseller, you act as a connection, setting your profit margin.

    On the other hand, the Jotform Affiliate Program focuses on promoting single-user plans (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). It operates on a commission structure, offering a 30% commission for each new paid client referred.

  • Can I become an Affiliate Partner and Reseller Partner at the same time?

    You sure can! You just need to know the requirements of your client and see which Jotform plan would suit them the best.

  • Does it cost anything to be a reseller partner?

    No, it does not cost anything to become a Jotform Reseller Partner.
