WhatsApp ingtegration request

    Beste

    Wij maken momenteel gebruik van speakap waarin afwezigheden worden gemeld. Deze meldingen worden vervolgens gesynchroniseerd met ons centrale systeem en geregistreerd in Jotform. We zouden dit proces graag verder optimaliseren door ervoor te zorgen dat onze zaakvoerder automatisch een melding ontvangt van deze afwezigheden, bijvoorbeeld via een pushbericht op zijn telefoon of een WhatsApp-bericht.

    Mijn vraag is of er een integratie mogelijk is tussen deze systemen en of u ons hierin kunt ondersteunen. Zo ja, zouden we graag meer informatie ontvangen over de mogelijkheden.

    Ik hoor graag van u of dit haalbaar is en kijk uit naar uw reactie.

As for your issue, unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have an integration with the tool Speakap on our platform, but we can forward it to our developers team for a feature request. Can you send us the link to the Speakap tool you're mentioning? Also, can you explain to us this tool?

    Thanks for the reply, I will reply back to you in English.

    We currently have this integration already. Notifications in regards to holidays, sickness, goods that we have to payback, ... we receive in Jotform. Our employees register it in speakap, and we can follow up in jotform.


    The question is, when we receive a notification in jotform of an employee who is sick, our business manager would also like to receive this. Not through jotform but in an whatsapp message for example.

    This way, he already knows who won't be there at the beginning of the shift. Could you please look further into that option?

    We don't have direct integrations with What's App. But you may want to connect your What's App with Jotform through Zapier. To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Use Zapier with Jotform.

    While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Thank you for letting us know, we will look into the Zapier extension for now.

    Another question that we have stumbled upon: would it be possible to change the general date format in jotform?

    We currently receive notifications where the format is month - day -year.
    We would like to use the European version; day-month-year.

    I have changed it in my settings but does that change automatically for the whole company?

With Jotform’s WhatsApp integration, you can get real-time notifications as soon as someone submits your form—helping you reply faster and stay connected. It’s fast to set up and fits right into your existing workflow. Here’s how to get started:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Next, click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.

    Once saved, your WhatsApp integration will come up in your list of actions. To make changes, hover your mouse over it and click on the Three Dots icon to see more options like See Action Logs, Rename Action, Disable Action, or Delete Action:
