Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked the form email notification recipients and both were on our bounce list. That's the reason why you're not receiving the notification email alert.
I will forward this to relevant team and request to remove it from the bounce list. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Awolbers,
The email addresses were removed from our bounce list. Can you try and test it again on your end? You can open the form and submit a test submission to see if the issue persists.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Jan,
Thanks for the answer. I have tried it and sent a test message, 10 minutes ago. It has not arrived in the mailboxes. But perhaps it is important that I tell you that we have recently moved the domain and mailboxes fom Argeweb to Strato?

Hi,
Yes, we have now received the test message in the mailbox info@bloemendaalprojecten.nl. We didn't receive it in the mailbox fred@finsekota.com.
Also, I didn't recieve this reply of you in info@wolbersprojecten.nl, as I expected it should be the case. But I can better change this mailaddress into a new one, info@blikoptaal.nl, because I want to stop with the domain and mail of wolbersprojecten.nl.

Yes, we have now also received the test message in the mailbox fred@finsekota.com. We had made a mistake ourselves. So it's alright now!
I'll try to change info@wolbersprojecten.nl into info@blikoptaal.nl.
