Hi 大江 計史,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it is not possible to perform such detailed validations like checking for specific character positions, preventing consecutive symbols, or limiting repeated characters directly within a field in Jotform. While basic validation (such as required fields or character limits) is available, advanced input checks like those you described would require custom JavaScript, which can only be implemented if you embed your form on your own website. While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
