お世話になります。
フォームの送信者(お客様)から「最後のボタンを押したらブロックされ、フォームを送れなかった」という問い合わせが多発しています。
同様の問い合わせは、今までは0件でしたが、昨日だけで少なくとも4件発生しました。
※4件中1件分、フォームの送信者(お客様)様の画面のスクリーンショットをいただいたので、添付します。何か対策等はありませんか?

Now, coming back to your question, based on the error shown, it appears that your form users are being blocked by Cloudflare’s security system when attempting to submit the form. This typically happens when Cloudflare detects potentially harmful activity, such as malformed data, the use of special characters, or behavior resembling spam or bots, even if the user is legitimate.
Since you mentioned receiving at least four reports of this issue in a single day, we recommend a few countermeasures. First, if most of your users come from a known region, such as Japan, you can request that our backend team review the Cloudflare security rules to reduce sensitivity for those IPs or regions.
Next, review your form fields, especially long text or input fields, to ensure they don’t unintentionally allow characters or patterns that might trigger Cloudflare, such as special symbols, links, or embedded code. You can use input masks or character limits to help manage this. Adding CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA to your form may also reduce the chance of submissions being flagged as suspicious.
