You can add the Appointment field and set its availability. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and from the Basic tab, select Appointment.
2. Click on the Gear icon of the Appointment field, and from the Availability tab on the right side, set up your preferred Appointment Slot Durations and time Intervals.
3. Then, if you want multiple persons to be able to book a slot per appointment, click on the Advanced tab on the upper right side of the page.
4. Select Group from the Appointment Type and enter your preferred Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.
