Now, coming back to your question, by default, a user can submit the form multiple times using the same device. If this is not the case, it's possible that Unique Submission or Unique Field is enabled. If this is the case, let me show you how to disable it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to Unique Submission or Unique Field, then select No Check in the dropdown.
