Salve, ho creato un modulo dal mio account. Ma è gratuito ? Ha una scadenza?
Le risposte per chi compila il form entro quanto arrivano e dove ?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Si, l'account Starter è completamente gratuito e non ha una scadenza, puoi consultare questa guida su come Comprendere l’Utilizzo e i Limiti del Tuo Profilo.
Per quanto riguarda le risposte ai moduli, la ricezione è istantanea, subito dopo la compilazione e l'invio da parte degli utenti, potrai visualizzarle nel database di Tabelle Jotform. Ecco come fare:
- Alla pagina I Miei Moduli seleziona il modulo in questione.
- Clicca su Risposte.
- Verrai reindirizzato a Tabelle Jotform in cui potrai vedere tutte le risposte ricevute al modulo.
Prova e facci sapere se hai bisogno di ulteriore aiuto.

Grazie per la risposta ! C'è un limite di risposte al mese o altro che devo sapere con una versione gratuita?
Se ho un limite di risposte al mese, ma mano a mano che arrivano le risposte le elimino, potrebbe andar bene?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. My colleague attach the link where you can check the account usage and limits. But let me explain the limits under the Starter plan for you, under the Starter plan here are the limits:
- 5 active forms on the account.
- 100 submissions per month.
- 100MB upload space.
- 1,000 monthly form views.
- 500 submissions in archive.
- 100 form fields (per form)
- 10 send with monthly payment
- 10 documents signed monthly.
Please note that only the upload space can be manually adjusted by deleting submissions with file attachments, the other limits will reset every 1st of the month. We would recommend you to download the submission data first before deleting them.
- In My Forms page, select the form with file attachments.
- Click Submissions from the options appearing.
- You can delete the entries by:
a. specific entries
b. multiple entries
c. filtered submissions
Once you have deleted the entries, please note that it will stay in the Trash entries for 30 days before it gets deleted permanently. Since you have downloaded those files already, you can purge the deleted entries instead of waiting for 30 day period.
You can also set up the Auto- Delete submission feature on your forms. In case, you have a busy schedule ahead, you can set the Deletion Period on your form to automatically delete the form entries. This way you won't have to worry about forms with file uploads needing to be deleted to free up space.
- In the Form Builder page, select Settings.
- Next, click Show More Options button at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Auto-Delete Form Submissions, then select Enable.
- Choose the Deletion Period, then select Next.
- Review your settings, then select Yes, Update to apply and save the changes.
