    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your forms and saw that both are currently set to send notifications to cortimichela@libero.it. Can you confirm if you’re not receiving emails at that address, or you like to add your own email address as a recipient? If you want to add your email address, here’s how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen, click on Settings.

    2. On the left menu, select Emails.

    4. Go to the Recipients tab and add your email address.

    Thanks for confirming. Since everything in your form settings looks correct, the issue is most likely with email delivery to cortimichele@libero.it. Providers like Libero can sometimes block or filter messages. Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Check the Spam/Junk folder for any emails coming from Jotform.
    2. Add Jotform's sender addresses and IPs to your email provider's whitelist. Here's our guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
    3. In your form's Notification email settings, try changing the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com. This often improves deliverability.
