Buongiorno, ho invitato 5 persone a registrarsi su Jotform tramite il mio link referral e loro hanno completato l’iscrizione. Tuttavia, i miei limiti non sono aumentati e nella sezione “Get More” non risultano i bonus. Sono già passate più di 48 ore. Potete per favore verificare e aiutarmi a risolvere il problema? Now, coming back to your question, when you invite friends to register on Jotform through your referral link, and they complete the signup, your limits, and bonuses should increase accordingly. Let me help you with that:
- Check the Increase Limits page in your Jotform account, where you can see your referral link and track your progress.
- Ensure that the people you invited have fully completed their registration and that their signups are linked to your referral link.
- Allow processing time. Sometimes it may take a bit longer than 48 hours for the bonuses to reflect in your account, so please allow some additional time.
If after following these steps, your referral bonuses still do not appear in the Get More section, double-check the referral link used by your friends and confirm their registration status.

Hi,
thank you for your reply. I’ve already checked everything, here are the details:
- My friends used the official referral link that I received directly from Jotform via email.
- They completed their registration and confirmed their email addresses.
- More than 48 hours have passed since their signup.
Despite this, my account limits have not increased and no bonuses appear in the Get More section.
Could you please verify my account manually and apply the missing referral bonuses?

Hi Simone,After reviewing your account, we found that no Jotform account has been created through your referral link.
Are you sure you shared the link indicated with the red arrow? Referral sign-ups will appear in the section marked with the orange arrow, but in your account there are none yet.

I would like to clarify that my friends did use the correct referral link. Please see the attached screenshot of the email they received, showing the official referral link button they clicked (https://eu.jotform.com/invitation/?r=c21ueDE4NkBnbWFpbC5jb20=.Y2VsbGluaS5zaW1vbmU4NkBnbWFpbC5jb20=).
Could you please verify again and check why the referral sign-ups are not appearing in my account?

Thanks for following up and sharing the screenshot of the referral email. I understand that your friends used the official referral link, but the bonuses still aren’t showing in your account.
Since I wasn’t able to see any referral sign-ups connected to your account, I’ve escalated this to our relevant team so they can check why the bonuses haven’t been applied. We’ll update you here on this thread as soon as we have more information.
