Come calcolare una somma in base alla selezione fatta dal partecipante?

ho creato questo form: https://eu.jotform.com/build/252153264859362, purtroppo quando gli utenti selezionano la scelta "si" porta con te un ospite, la somma riportata nel campo totale non è corretta, risulta un totale diverso. Al campo totale, se un utente aggiunge un ospite, dovrebbe essere 78,3€ in più, ma questo non succede. Posso gentilmente chiedervi un supporto per capire se sto sbagliando qualcosa?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Ho controllato il suo modulo e ho potuto notare che non è stato configurato correttamente. Risolvere il problema è semplice. Le spiego come fare:

1. Nel Costruttore di Moduli, fare clic sul campo che mostra la Quota d'iscrizione.
2. Successivamente fare clic sull'icona a forma ingranaggio che appare sulla destra del campo.
3. Nel pannello che appare sulla destra dello schermo, fare clic sulla scheda Avanzate.
4. Poi, scorrere fino a Valore Predefinito e rimuovere il valore mostrato.
5. Adesso, nella barra di navigazione arancione in cima alla pagina, fare clic su Impostazioni.
6. Nella colonna sulla sinistra dello schermo, fare clic sulla scheda Condizioni.
7. Fare click sul pulsante Aggiungi Condizione e poi scegliere Aggiorna / Calcola Campo.
8. Imposta la prima condizione come mostrato nello screenshot sottostante e poi fare clic su Salva:
   
   
9. Imposta la seconda condizione come mostrato nello screenshot sottostante e poi fare clic su Salva:
   

Ecco fatto, adesso il calcolo dovrebbe avvenire in modo corretto. Dia un'occhiata alla registrazione video sottostante per vedere il risultato su un modulo di prova:

Now, coming back to your question, I confirm that by following the configuration described in the thread, the Total field in your form should correctly calculate the sum based on the participant’s selection, adding €78.30 if the option Yes to bringing a guest is selected. This is done by setting up Update/Calculate Field conditions that adjust the total value depending on the user’s choice.

Specifically, in the Form Builder, it is important that you:

1. Remove the default value from the registration fee field.
2. Set up two calculation conditions to Update/Calculate Field:

• One for when the user selects Yes so that €78.30 is added to the total.
• One for when the user does not select Yes, so the €78.30 is not added.

This configuration ensures a dynamic and accurate calculation of the total field based on the participant’s choice. If your screenshot shows the total field updated with the correct amount, then the configuration has been successfully applied.
